We’re excited to give you a preview of a fresh new look for Visionpath. One that reflects our growing offering and our redefined mission, which is to get businesses and young people future-ready. Our founder, Patrick Philpott, explains more.
Since I started Visionpath in 2009 with our flagship programme SKILL!, we’ve worked with thousands of students aged 14-19 in schools across the UK and partnered with some of the country’s biggest employers. During this time, we’ve expanded to encompass a wealth of inspirational programmes that enable young people and leading employers to prepare for the future. Equipping students with the skills, experience and opportunities to shape their careers, while enabling businesses of all sizes to access emerging talent and skills that will help them grow and thrive.
As Visionpath continues to grow, we wanted our new brand to showcase the key pillars of our work – Learning, Talent and Insight.
Our Learning programmes are all about enabling employers and young people to develop the skills that will help them thrive now and in the future. Programmes like SKILL!, using innovation and big ideas to help students and professionals develop their core skills.
Our Talent programmes allow businesses to connect with diverse potential future talent and give students aged 16-19 access to workplace experience and enviable employment opportunities. One example would be the Mindshare Academy, our year-long initiative enabling leading media agency Mindshare to attract, develop and recruit diverse school leavers into their apprenticeships.
Our Insight programmes provide fresh thinking for businesses from their next generation customers, through bespoke experiences where they can connect, collaborate and learn from each other.
